Shipping & Delivery
Within the contential United States, we offer free shipping on orders over $50. To Alaska and Hawaii, we offer free shipping on orders over $100.
Non-perishable Orders (all items excluding our Homemade Chocolates and Yogurt items):
All non-perishable orders received will ship within 3 business days. All non-perishable orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.
Perishable Orders (all Homemade Chocolates and Yogurt items):
All Homemade Chocolates and Yogurt items require additional non-toxic refrigerant gel packs and insulated shipping liners to guarantee their freshness upon arrival. To ensure this freshness, all orders will only ship Monday thru Wednesday excluding Holidays. We do not ship chocolates from June 1st thru September 15th.
FedEx Ground Shipping: Will Arrive In 1 to 5 Business Days Depending On the Transit Time from Garden Grove, CA (Excluding the Ship Day, Saturdays & Sundays)
FedEx Express Saver: Will Arrive In 3 Business Days (Excludes the Ship Day, Saturdays & Sundays)
FedEx Second Day Air: Will Arrive In 2 Business Days (Excludes the Ship Day, Saturdays & Sundays)
FedEx Standard Overnight: Will Arrive In 1 Business Days (Excludes the Ship Day, Saturdays & Sundays)

Our 100% Quality Guarantee
We strive to provide exceptional baskets and superior customer service at Davis Lewis Orchards. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will redeliver, refund or offer a replacement if the original basket is no longer available. You must contact us within 14 days of your shipment.
Please keep original packaging which includes a Pull by Date on the ingredients label. If the back label is not included then a replacement will not be made.
Chocolate must be returned in refrigerated casing to receive full credit. If it is melted, then no refund will be issued.

Substitutions and Arrival Dates
If the basket of your choice is unavailable or does not meet our high standards for quality, we may need to substitute an item of equal or greater value.

Canceling or Revising Orders
We will do our best to accommodate your needs with canceling or revising an order. Due to the nature of our business, our order processing and shipping times are very short. If your order has been shipped, we may be unable to cancel or revise your order. For assistance in canceling or revising your order, please call us at 714-891-2540.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover) as payment options.
We reserve the right to amend prices on the site at any time. From time to time, despite our endeavor to maintain accurate and correct pricing on the website, there may be mistake(s). If there is a mistake, you will be notified before the product(s) are shipped to you.
Shipping charges are not included in the price of the product for most items, unless an item is selected for our Free Shipping promotion.
You may view your order by logging into My Account and viewing your order history.
Updating Account Information
You may update your account information by clicking My Account to update your personal information online. If you have lost or do not remember your password, you may click the Forgot Your Password link and you will be sent a new password. We will only send password information to the email address listed under the account. Password information cannot be given out over the phone.
