Davis Lewis Orchards offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift, please call our Customer Service Department at (714) 891-2540 for replacement instructions.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions with your packing slip or contact our Customer Service Department at (714) 891-2540 or email email@example.com for replacement instruction within 14 days of purchase. Please keep original packaging which includes a Pull by Date on the ingredients label. If the back label is not included then a replacement will not be made. Chocolate must be return in refrigerated casing to receive full credit. If it is melted, then no refund will be given. We do not ship chocolates from June 1st to September 15th.
